Agreed. This glass graphic element reminds me of number of buildings in Montreal. First time seeing it as a common design aesthetic-- and the possibilities are pretty endless.

This turned out pretty acceptable. I like that the first four storeys don't show any hardie board easy trim or face fastening. A good quality brick and relief with the balcony insets create a pretty attractive streetscape.
