    Prices launched lower than expected starting at $1205 PSF for 2 Beds. "Low" by current pre-construction standards. Definitely going to sell out of the <$1.5M suites quickly. Curious what the build quality difference (if any) will be from the residential versus purpose built rental buildings.

    The floorplate actually changes twice. Floor 38 breaks to 8 units a floor, and then floor 55+ is 5 units.
