The guy across the street wasn't too happy but Edenshaw probably gave them an offer they couldn't refuse. It's between TANU and Westport. I hope they keep those trees.

Looks like they are prepping the site for the next phase which I believe will be rental towers but I will confirm to see what's going on..

Just west of the Exchange District. I emailed the city and it seems that the owners of 201 City Centre Drive have a proposal in mind but the city has yet to see an application but something may be coming... We'll see.
