    Just got a 09 unit around mid height of the building. The view is great! Wish some of the design cues weren’t from 7 years ago.

    Both 108 and Nobu are occcupancy and closing at peak interest and lowest level of affordability. Considering both of these towers didn’t go into a dumpster fire of resale and rent; imo shows how resilient the market is. I do believe 108 and nobu are more resilient because of where it is located...

    Those people in April may not have occupancy and go right to closing. They are targeting closing around Nov.

    I took occupancy on the 12th. While they did mention mortgage I won’t say it is harrassing. They are suppose to give us a 60 days notice.

    That alignment mistake there doesn’t matter. The units behind that facing the street are 3 bedroom, 3 baths, 2 ensuites unit. And back against that wall are two of the bathrooms. I know because I bought the one on the 6th floor yesterday. In case anyone is curious. The price was $1236 per sq ft.
