Just conversion to a daycare, existing building remains.
There are at least 5 addresses involved here, including on Gilead Pl and King East I suspect the daycare is a temporary measure. There's an assembly going on here for something bigger.

They have an Alo ghost kitchen/catering shop in 4 Gilead Pl. Previously it was one of Jamie Kennedy's restaurants called Gilead Cafe that closed down in like 2013 I believe - ahead of his time in this new little restaurant cluster that's formed in Corktown.

Ha, I get it wrong now and again, I was thinking it would be another week or two at least.......but in fact, the application is in to the AIC now.
