Thanks, the floorplans are a disaster. esspecially the nice west view units. useless for us. we're waiting for the harbour residence. let's hope for something better.

the floorplans are indeed sad.

based on what was provided, here is the breakdown of the building:
1 bed and 1 b+d (which really are just 1b re-marketed) make up ~ 80% of the units (10.5/13 of floorplans);
2 beds make up ~15% of the units (2/13); and
3 bedrooms make up ~4% of the units (0.5/13)

So, thats $490,000 (half a million dollars) for a one bedroom + den with 1 parking spot.

mortgage payments = approx. $2,200/mo. maint. fees = what? $292

Still affordable and a great location, but man you don't get much for half a million dollars!!

not many will buy parking in that area anyways so $378,000 for a 1BR+D isnt so crazy compared to some other areas in the city.

I find it interesting that that they're collecting buyer data, and asking for bookings (not orders). They're not selling until November. The price is apparently not fixed yet. Most likely the price will be raised once they find there's enough demand. People are being asking to give 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice, with their occupation, SIN, and complete address. Seems a tad excessive.

+1, thanks for the plans ... they aren't the most interesting.

Prices seem so high for this area...agreed that plans are not all that great. Library district at the edge of cityplace and fort york neighborhood, plugs into that lower bathurst area, and is a great value for people looking to buy for living....

that's fairly common from any 'VIP' sale i've seen

Looks like they've put up those construction entrances along York st for this building...I'll post up pics when I walk by today unless someone else or UT posts it quicker
