1062 and 1074 Cooke Blvd are a part of the Camarro Group’s growing portfolio of developments in the Western reach of the GTHA, and is located in the Aldershot section of the City of Burlington.

This project is in early development, and when completed, envisions the construction of two 30 and 32 storey residential towers that will be completed in two phases and contain a total of 755 one and two bedroom suites. Plains Road and Waterdown Road, just south of the Aldershot GO Station. This concept should be an easy yes.

While I agree, overall, this should happen, I'm finding the order of redevelopment in this area unfortunate.

This proposal will be behind these Waterdown Rd. fronting buildings:

I would have liked to see intensification start on the main road.

I would also hope to see a supermarket here..........to incorporate the idea of walkability.

Likewise, it would be nice to see a plan for a very attractive walking and cycling connection to Aldershot Stn.

Too bad the supporting docs aren't yet available.......
