Another piece of old Yorkville about to bite the dust.

I remember seeing this thread earlier, but it wasn't until this past weekend when I was visiting Toronto that I realized that I've got a personal connection to this one. The middle house was my mother's childhood home. It was in the family from the mid-1950s until about 1990. I knew she had lived on Scollard, but I hadn't connected the dots with this development yet.

^ I can't even imagine what that property would be worth today. I also lived all around here in the 70's, including 31 Bishop and 40 Hazelton.
