Great spot, more residential conversions, nice looking building. And if they update/fix the ground level (which it seems like is in the plans), this is a slam dunk!

I love that plan for the ground level... More buildings need curvy and rounded shapes like that.
Really happy to see this one converted while largely keeping the look of the tower. I always loved the brick and vertical detailing on this one.
That said, the outdoor amenity space, and really all of the units at the rear, might be quite dark and unpleasant. The tightly packed (nearly) lot-line to lot-line office towers of roughly the same height might make it challenging to convert these buildings into bright and livable apartments. Hope that in the future we see more point towers on podiums, or at least slimmer towers on podiums, like Relevé, Claridge Hintonburg and Azure Westboro.
