Project Description:​ 137 Steeles Avenue West Secondary Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision Applications for the purposes of the redevelopment of the Subject Site for three to four (3-4) mid-rise/ tall buildings ranging between 12 to 39 storeys in height, one (1) street townhouse block, one (1) public park block and public road right-of-ways within the Gateway Terminal 'Major Transit Station Area'.
