Just saw a for sale sign for this land. Not sure what is going on with the project. Another project by Trocan in Bankview seems to have stalled as well.

Yep, this lot has had a for sale sign for about a month unfortunately.

Looks like the developer of this one, Trocan, are bankrupt. Several of their sites are judicial sale.

Would be nice if the next developer to acquire this lot would proceed with this design, but they probably won't. That makes for a sad mouse.
