This one is currently at the OMB where a pre-hearing was recently completed. Guscon Enterprises has made an appeal on the failure of the Town of Whitby to approve the development of two 25s condos with a total of 506 units at 1606-1614 Charles Street (just west of Brock Street South & Victoria Street West). Rather than going to a hearing the parties have agreed to go to mediation in May - if that is unsuccessful a hearing is scheduled to begin on September 14, 2010.
