Fram, Slokker and Kilmer are proposing a 22-storey condo with approximately 350 units. Both heritage homes will be retained. The bowling green/parkette will also remain, albeit shifted southward to encompass and flow into the existing backyards of the heritage homes. More details will be made available by the councilor at a community meeting tomorrow evening.

10 WEST GO GP Inc. is a partnership between the companies FRAM, Slokker and Kilmer. They are interested in developing a 22 storey residential condominium building with ground floor retail uses on land located west of Hurontario Street and north of High Street. The two designated heritage buildings on High Street will be protected and retained as part of the redevelopment.

In order to implement their plans, the applicant will need to amend the official plan and rezone the property. This meeting is being held before these applications are submitted in order to allow the applicant and City to hear the thoughts of the local residents early in the process.

This has increased from 22 storeys to 26 storeys. The height is now about 97.1 metres to the top of the mechanical penthouse.

The August 2023 resubmission is available under "17 and 19 Ann Street, [...]":

The 26th-storey is the mechanical with no habitable residential or amenity space so we consider that 25-storeys, and a height of 91.6m to the top.

Yep, pretty sure 25s is the maximum in Port Credit, although a few proposals are trying to go well into the 30 storeys.
