The lobbyist registry tells us that Fora is mulling something for this site immediately north-west of the Dufferin/Eglinton intersection.

Site size of the listed address is really small at ~4000ft2. I would wager their are additional lots in play here, but that is the address in the registry.

Looking at the site on streetview, I conclude that this likely includes 2380 Dufferin, but can't be 100% sure.

That would look like this:

Ballpark, that's in the range of 15,000ft2 which makes sense for a tall building.

Li Limited Group of companies has registered to lobby on the above noted parcel and on the entire Dufferin frontage up to the next block.
