200 Wellington Street West: a proposed 5 x 3-storey condo-townhouse blocks designed by Kirshenblatt Urban Architecture for The Broadview Group (operating as "200 Wellington Holding Corp") on the north side of Wellington Street West, west of Hilldale Road and east of McLeod Drive in West Aurora.

OPA/ZBA approved in principle at the OLT in March after being appealed on non-decision.
