2009 Steeles Avenue West (& 2015-2045 Steeles Ave W, & 7920 Mississauga Road): a ZBA approved and under-construction 10-storey office with ground floor retail, 7 & 7-storey hotel and 2-storey banquet hall / convention centre development designed by 2M Architects for the Taggar Family Trust (TFT) (operating as 1942411 Ontario Inc.), on the southwest corner of Steeles Avenue West and Mississauga Road in Brampton's Bram West area.

The development is set back from the immediate corner of Steeles and Mississauga, which is retained for the Levis Creek floodplain.

The whole corner? There's an old house with a sizeable property on the corner itself.

As visible in the phasing plan above, the immediate corner is not within the scope of this development. It is still designated agricultural as seen in the ZBA map:
