Just west of the Exchange District. I emailed the city and it seems that the owners of 201 City Centre Drive have a proposal in mind but the city has yet to see an application but something may be coming...

Interesting to say the least! I figure it'll likely be mixed use, but I wonder if this will include any major office space. Taking down two smaller offices in close proximity would definitely warrant the construction of a new office tower as part of the redevelopment.

Interesting. The city leases space here too. Wonder if this could potentially become a city hall expansion to make up for the lost space.

If the 35s tower for the Exchange District is build first as office tower, the city plans to move its staff from 201 to it as well a few other locations

I suppose that's maybe why Failte Pub in 201 City Centre drive is not re-opening.
