Coordinate sabotage campaign?
Nobody would ever admit to it.

I think there's some teaming between Ukrainians and anti-Putin elements.

Not entirely sure the attacks on the military recruiting centres are part of this. There were attacks before, by those opposed to the war, who didn't want to get drafted.

Wow. Will Russia run out of oligarchs and their families to murder-suicide?

If Putin is turning the country into North Korea, he doesn't need the oligarchs anymore. Bump them off. Keep the wealth.
Putin's not willing to lose any cut of the profits he had coming in before so he's trimming the fat off the edges.

Also some of the probably weren't too happy with recent developments and maybe they were throwing some weight around and letting it be known. Guessing this could be Putin's way of reminding them all who's boss.

Pretty short clip to make a judgement. He might have been gesturing and had a sore back or knee that day. There was some fairly extensive coverage of him during that rally a couple of weeks ago than no doubt folks have studied in depth.

If it is Parkinson's, there can be mental health aspects to it.

It would not be the first time a government has hidden their leaders health issues. Look at George VI, FDR, Reagan (it is suspected his Alzheimer's started before he left office) and even Stalin had suspected mental health issues prior to his death.

If Putin was ill for whatever reason, we would not know it until he was dead. If he has mental illness, I hope there are safeguards in place be it cyanide or double authentication.
