^^^That is the Coach Tower, aka 10 Hudson Yards.
This site is pictured below, although all of the furniture is still in the McDonalds! The old Coach building is also still in use until the last employees move into the new building.

The McDonalds and the old Coach office have to be removed first. Coach has fully moved to 10 Hudson Yards.

Coach Should be out of their old building by now so demolition is imminent.

McDonalds is finally gone. That redbrick old Coach Headquarters building is emptied and some contruction workers were going in and out of it. There is also the grey tenement building on the corner that is boarded up.

One building behind the gray one is going down and the McDonalds basement is being dug out
