The recently released redevelopment proposal designed by Dutch architecture firm UNStudio comprises a 228-metre hotel and office skyscraper, a 100-metre office building, as well as two residential towers standing at 170 and 130 metres high and set to become the tallest residential buildings in Frankfurt with approximately 600 new apartments.
