Found an interesting battle that has been going on with the City of Mississauga and the owners of 2625 Hammond St. currently in OMB Appeals.

Approval Authority File No.: OZ 12/013 W8 – T-M12001 W8

OMB Case No.: PL131373

That the Report dated May 13, 2014, from the Commissioner of Planning and Building regarding the applications to permit 7 detached dwellings, 1 greenbelt block and the retention of the existing designated heritage dwelling.

A very late update to say that while LPAT still calls this case open—it began in 2014—the last activity on it was 1) a hearing that was set for March, 2015 which was adjourned, and then 2) another pre-hearing in January, 2017 which I assume was to confirm parties and participants again as two and a half years had elapsed since the first pre-hearing… bit it was also adjourned.

With nothing since then in the works, I'm just declaring this DEAD for now. We'll see if it's ever resurrected.
