Floor plans are not great, most 1 bedrooms have internal bedroom
None of the units have balconies
All 3 sides views will be blocked by buildings of same height: Bisha (South), 351 King (West), King Blue (East) and to be developed Shoppers side (North)
That's why it's released at sub $1000 but at $1300 now
