Not sure of the correct address for the site, but it was used for a GO parking Lot at John St. It a large site next to Softron Tax site that could be easy added to this site. It up for sale now and that only happen in the last week.

This site should see 30-40 story tower easy since it next to the GO Station and the LRT station

Why exactly should 40 floors go here but not at Port Credit which is beside an all day GO Train line?

Why exactly should 40 floors go here but not at Port Credit which is beside an all day GO Train line?

2 different types of NIMBY folks with the PC folks seeing grass only. There are already 40s plan around Cooksville GO now, though the city not happy with them.
