I think that is the one down the street With this one. Daniels project, while this is Menkes.

Update: No visible development of this site by Menkes yet. While Daniel project is close to completion at the corner of Mississauga Road and Bovaird. Anyone know any commercial options around this pocket?

Not in that pocket, but it looks like they've finally started the steel beam forming adjacent to the Daniels project. Not so sure about the middle section yet.
