Development approved in February 2010 on a triangular shaped parcel at 4 graydon Hall Drive west of the Argento site which proposes a 12-storey, 56-unit project with 3 levels of underground parking.

Reminds me of the Arc. Is this a Daniels project?

Although, in fairness, the Arc is a great building that simply doesn't fit into the area that it is in. I hope this one fits in better.

4 Graydon Hall is a separate development from Tridel's Argento @ 18 Graydon Hall

UD2 ... I don't think a builder has been announced for this site
