New Effort Trust head office located in a renovated/expanded TD bank branch. Architect is Esposto Architects.

new 5-storey office block on Gore Park in downtown Hamilton. This is the first new construction office building in Hamilton in a generation, even at it's modest size. Will be the new HQ for Effort Trust, a major commercial and residential landlord. The building is currently approaching completion.

Notably, the little heritage building to the left of this building was the house for the characters in Netflix's "Umbrella Academy".

Exterior looks almost fully finished, as of today. Can't wait for the hoarding to come to down and for the new employment space in the downtown.

This one is done. Hughson reopened a while back now. I think the big miss on this project is no retail space at all, facing Gore Park or Hughson Street. Pictures from Friday, September 2nd.
