Not aware of a thread for this one, which is surprising as the sale was from 2016 to Pemberton for this corner site for 9.5 million. Possibly future assembled site with 5617 Yonge? I think this will push the heights up around Finch Yonge past the tabletop that exists.

Pemberton (HBNG/RGF) & Muzzo,.... but they need the property to the north to do anything useful,... real grab for land assembly is for TTC bus terminal but then TTC would want underground TTC bus terminal and City want office development

In an ideal world there'd be lots of demand for office space in NYCC so that both bus terminals (Finch/Sheppard) could go underground. We can dream.
