This has been given the address of 596 Lolita Gardens.

As stated by this newsletter from February 2023, 596 Lolita Gardens was expected to start construction in March 2023. At the existing buildings (600 & 620 Lolita Gardens), interior renovations and the replacement of balcony railings were expected to begin in June 2023.
