Quite the shame seeing as though the two Cornell condos along Bur Oak turned out quite well, especially with their fully-enclosing balconies/sun rooms (which should really be the standard in Canada) that harkened back to Bazis' original proposal for 1 Bloor East.

They'll fit right in at Uptown Markham or next to Mount Joy GO Station.
