Chedoke Browlands: a proposed 8, 6, 5, 5, 5-storey apartment and condo buildings and 10 x 2-storey townhouse blocks designed by KNYMH for Valery Homes on the north side of Scenic Drive, south of Old Sanitorium Road in Hamilton's Mountainview neighbourhood.
The Long and Bisby heritage building will be conserved in-situ and adapted to current uses such as office and amenities.
