Boring? It's a handsome, simple modern box with staggered windows for visual interest. It will stand 11 storeys tall beside a quiet park west of downtown. How much more exciting should it be? Las Vegas exciting? Shanghai exciting? I suppose when your handle is MileHigh or Spire you're looking for a 90 floor shadow on the edge of this park.

Shouldn't there be balconies facing the park? As a resident I would love to be able to enjoy that amenity from the outdoors (instead of leaving the building to enjoy it). Seems a missed opportunity, overall. But it's a fabric building.

Was this rendering released or leaked? It looks preliminary. Nice so far but the proportions, materials, details etc will need to be dead-on.

The glassy (mullionless!) 2 storey ground level with some good commercial space would add a lot this corner and the entrance to the park.
