43-storey Luxury Hotel and Residence Coming to Midtown Atlanta:
Soon to replace one of Midtown Atlanta's last affordable rental apartments, a recently approved 43-storey luxury hotel and residence byTrillist and sbe Entertainment is set to dramatically change the urban character of what has become a pricey corner of the booming Georgia capital. Known as SLS Atlanta Hotel & Residences, the $100 million luxury tower will be the city's largest structure since the Great Recession of 2008.
