As something that I'll be seeing on a daily basis, I can't say I'm happy with how this one turned out. The podium in particular is quite horrendous.

What a travesty... it's also unfortunate how these towers meet the street here.

It' s funny, the area has some really crappy looking developments both new and old. Of all areas, this one should have quality design. Something along the lines of Freedville, King-West. the rental building by Concert and the government housing on King is some of the best design in the immediate area. Hopefully the current projects under construction can save this area. Greenpark+Kirkor shouldn't be allowed here IMO. Go build in the burbs.

This strikes me a lot as a two-tower version of the condo that went up on the west side of Spadina, just south of the JJC on Bloor, around...'05 or so. It replaced to Spadina-style houses. That's not to say this is a good thing.
