Unlike Victoria Glen, Berczy Glen is further in the development proccess and has more details finalized. Here is one of the land owners and what the propose; I can either make seperate threads for every land owner of the block or make this in to a master thread of the area and then just post each application into posts here.

There is already a Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment here: It asks for 371 ground related dwelling units, parkland, a stormwater management pond and the supporting road network on the 37.15 hectares (92 acres) subject property located within the Berczy Glen Secondary Plan Area. https://pub-markham.escribemeetings.com/filestream.ashx?DocumentId=41031

Here is the Victoria Glen thread that has links to the other ones:

Looks like preliminary site work has already begun a few months ago as well (June 2021)

Mattamy Homes has already been registering and selling their part of the lands, which is being branded as "Springwater Markham".

You can view the floor plans and different variety of townhouses and single/detached homes here that they are offering:

This is also an outdated siteplan but I doubt things have changed drastically from what will be built.

I can't believe they still build sprawl like this community. Sure, not everyone wants to live in a condo tower. But most people like to be able to easily walk to stores, restaurants, transit stations, libraries, churches, etc. There are dozens of low-rise Toronto neighbourhoods they could emulate.
