Recent openings in Bloor-Yorkville (Moscot, Webster, Alo) are actually good signs for the area offering something distinctive vis-a-vis yorkdale. Interested to see where Lululemon winds up moving to (3 most likely options are 100 Bloor, 110 Bloor or the old Club Monaco space).

Speaking of 100 Bloor, odd to see that Ermenegildo Zegna has shut.
It was Harry Rosen co-owned, I believe. If combined with the rest of 100 Bloor you're looking at 20k square feet, which is the size of New York and Chicago's Lululemon flagships.

New rendering of 2 Bloor West. I believe Lululemon is taking the majority of space as there's only 3.5k square feet for lease. The original floorplans had about 20k square feet over 3 floor contiguous. So I believe we're looking at either an 8.5k square foot Lululemon (ground and second only) or 16k (concourse, ground and second).

Interesting tid-bit in the article re. Apple Store... looks like Alexander Wang has leased space on Bloor.

Alexander Wang is opening a 2,600 square foot store at 110 Bloor West in the spaces furthest west.
