Branksome Hall at Elm Avenue and Mount Pleasant is undergoing redevelopment; 6 Elm has just been demolished and will be replaced by a glassy structure that abuts the street.

They used a Google street image view to build a render around??? Guess they didn't need to spend a lot on marketing because they don't need sales or tenants.

did Branksome Hall also buy the house on the far right of the render?

i recall seeing it being demo'd several weeks ago while driving by on Mt. Pleasant.

really, i thought that it was being demo'd. guess i mistook it for the original branksome hall building.
