Branksome Hall at Elm Avenue and Mount Pleasant is undergoing redevelopment; 6 Elm has just been demolished and will be replaced by a glassy structure that abuts the street.

i recall seeing it being demo'd several weeks ago while driving by on Mt. Pleasant.

No, that old grey house is (unfortunately) still there.

no its still there, and its in hideous shape unfortunately. an 1899 heritage property that somehow ended up being entombed in grotesque EIFS....
