The Sporting Life sign looks like a backlit billboard, not a video screen.

Holt Renfrew:
...
A planned second Vancouver-area store was recently said to have been cancelled several months ago.

I guess there won't be a Holt Renfrew at Brentwood.

Here are new floorplans now posted to the Amazing Brentwood Leasing Site
without the north end department store and with a residential tower now located there.

Note subdivided SEARS space (smaller anchor tenant and office space) and north end subdivided space and tower floorplate.
3 floors of the Tower 3 podium are coded dark blue for wework offices. Some retail at grade facing Lougheed Highway.
Reconfigured retail units on the lower level of the old mall look large.
The Community Centre has disappeared.
Brentwood Boulevard just extends farther north instead of diving underground.

Strange reconfiguration of the upper level of the existing mall - the centre court is gone.
The whole south side of the upper level is coded pink for food and beverage tenant (could be a market concept)
Looks like the tent roof will be removed!

Dark blue is office space - the 6 elevator core for the north end office seems excessive - maybe a future office tower site (?)
Note the absence of the tent roof. The tower at the north end is colour coded for residential.

A big H&M with a home store is going in, as well as other retailers previously announced - Nike, Adidas, Aritzia, Wilfred, Suit Supply, etc. and food and beverage like Cactus Club, Starbucks, Basil Box, OEB (?), etc., and TD Bank, Royal Bank and VanCity, but not large sq footage 'anchors' other than Sporting Life, Rec Room and Cineplex. There's a huge retail unit below Rec Room fronting the plaza for which a tenant has not been announced. Seems like they are doing okay filling the new construction, but the old mall still lags - but that could be due to future demolition and redevelopment of that part.
But they announced Sporting Life as an anchor well before construction.

You're welcomed! Doesn't look like the theatre is opening anytime soon, there are still lots of construction all around the place except the first two condo towers and my guess would be another few more months.

Finally made it out to Brentwood on Saturday.

They have all of the "undesirable" hidden at grade units leased out:

TD Canada Trust, Johnston Meier Insurance, Eagle Creek Dental, Sporting Life on the north side side
Body Energy Club, Presotea, Express News and RBC on the south side.
