According to the city website a DP was issued over a year ago. I don't know who's backing this development, but unless it's one of the larger backers (aimco, bcimc, etc..) I wouldn't expect this to be going ahead any time soon.

It is a condo project if I recall correctly. They will likely need pre-sales prior to any sort of construction happening.

One building is a condo and the other is supposed to be a rental.

Interesting combo. My gut feeling tells me this one won't be one of the ones going ahead, but stranger things have happened.

Not surprising to see, towers seemed really out of sorts for Gablecraft homes, it would be nice to see something evenuatlly happen on this lot along with the portfolio lots.

I always thought it was strange that Gablecraft was behind this. I assumed they were partnering with another developer.
