Turned out alright alright. Props for following through with the sloped wall.

The large grassed blvd extension out to the driving lane instead of parking in front is different. Was this part of a city main street plan, or decided by the developer?

The sidewalk landscaping work is finished in the front. I’m not sure I like how much grass has been put in, it’s not what the rendering shows.

Is this building condos? If so, I am surprised that they haven't released units for sale yet considering how far along they are in construction.
