Not to be outdone by Minto today, Truman is now previewing yet another project for the inner-city on their website (is the Ontario investment demand really that strong?...). Not a ton of details yet, says it is going in at 19th Avenue and 5th Street SW, and based on the name assume it is at the parcels addressed as 1901 - 1913 5th Street SW. The project can be seen on the bottom of Truman's "Coming Soon" portion of their website, here:

Toronto very recently imposed a 46% increase in Development Charges for residential, putting (an estimated) 10,000 units on hold. These developments were obviously started before that passed council, but we might see even more.

From:
City council voted on Tuesday to raise development charges (DCs) for residential buildings by 46 per cent...
And the reasoning:
Development charges would be waived on the second, third and fourth residential units on a single property, provided there are no more than four units, in an attempt to encourage small-scale density.

As someone who works in the design industry, has previously worked in the construction industry, and volunteers on a municipal LAP... NIMBYers are literally the bane of my existence. There are so, so many angry, anti-change, armchair architects and builders in this city you could build thirteen Burj Dubai's out of their bones and souls and glaze them with their anger and still have enough of them left to build a thirteen-lane hyperloop around the Earth (and they'd still find a way to bitch about them to the City, the media and everyone else, even in the afterlife). NIMBYers really are the real Karens of the built world.
