It should be a short term priority. Shocked that 8th street (despite the decade of delays) would be happening before Fourth Street. Fourth has always been a better/more active and attractive thoroughfare in just about every respect, though it is in serious need of some placemaking and sidewalk widening/upgrades.

So I noticed it says the permit has yet to be released on the DMAP.

Questions:
- Is the DMAP good to follow for this? Do they update it right away or at all?
- Does this mean the city is too slow to release the permits or that the developer just hasn't met the requirements yet?
- Does this mean the developer can't do certain things until it's released?

On top of some shoring work allowed to go ahead, I’ve noticed the dmap isn’t always up to date.
