Truman's next University District project has now been applied for, as they previewed on their website. It is directly north of the Alt Hotel block.

Nice design for this and Avi’s Autumn project. Hope to see more of this kind of this simplified approach to design more moving forward. Especially vertically articulating full block apartments to look more like an organic streetscape
