I get the concern with the Drop in, but it's surprising that Bosa still has 37 unsold units 2 and a half years after construction finished. These aren't priced very high, it's facing the SW side away from the DIC, steps from BVC/Library/City Hall station and has a grocery store in the complex.

I'm not sure what the deal is, maybe the type of units that are available? I have a coworker who wants to buy in Arris, but is waiting for certain types of units to come available.

While not looking to buy, I signed up just to see how much discount there is for the DIC. There's units going for around $400/sqft and still decent height and view.
