- October 2016: RNDSQR and MoDA collaborate on a new 78-unit development for Calgary's Bankview neighbourhood.

There will be 78 units and only 58 parking stalls, the majority of the units will be completely different floor plans, mostly unreplicated. As per the article, the intention of the development is "to have a construction worker living next to a student, living next to a family, living next to a white collar worker, living next to a retired couple, and ultimately to create a diverse community living under one roof. That's why we called it Village.”

I agree. It's a passable project inspite of it.

If the sheet metal was fairly metallic looking I think I could get down with it.....or maybe if it was black.

The sheet metal is confirmed as white. I think with the charcoal accents it'll all be good in the end.

Some cool stuff in there, I like many of those projects. I always thought Push-Pull would be so good in a place like Olympic Plaza or Stephen ave.

Sounds like some residents are opposed to the project, but it doesn't say how many. In the article it looks to be the people immediately to the north.
