Two low-rise residential buildings in Calgary's Bridgeland Neighbourhood. First phase building on south side of parcel is 11 floors and the second phase on the north side of the parcel is 8 floors. 151 units in the first phase and 143 units ion the second phase.

I'm happy to add more warm bodies to the area, but the design of this project was always pretty Meh. So much beige....

Not exactly the height of architectural design but like you said it does add some more residents. It's good to see 9th street building up.

A high rise is 35 meters.

Not a high rise, but a significant addition to the area. It's going to be nice to see Steps get built.
