Decent. A little suburban in terms of style, but I'd be lying if I said I hated it. Or really felt strongly about it for that matter.
 
A bit suburban looking, but a good use of a hill that was empty space. I much prefer the look of Victory and Venture.
 
It may not be a show stopper, but for the people living inside it's probably fine. One of the things I don't like, and it's not the developer's fault is the large strip of grass out front, I wish the city had used that wasted space to continue the cycle track up Edmonton Trail.

Unfortunate that the city has those bylawed setbacks. All that work on an ARPs and such...only to be trump by a simple bylaw.
