The Rohit project in Unversity District is launching their marketing on September 17th. The project is called Dean's Landing. I figured I would create a thread for it instead of just updating the general University District one, as most projects have their own thread.

The DP seems to have disappeared from the City's development map though for some reason. Probably just a glitch.

University District is turning out to be a resounding success. Especially the shopping plaza and the park.

There may be action soon. There’s an excavator on site that wasn’t there before. Possibly to level out the site before the drillers arrive?

Really doesn’t look like much progress for half a month. Seems odd since it’s the summer and builders are usually keen to build now versus in the winter. Heard the expected finished date is summer 2024.

When it comes to construction in Calgary, the trend is hurry up and wait.
