Turning out actually quite beautiful. I love it. Not often you see vents adding to a design.

Ok, I'm more hopeful with this! The product finishing looks simple yet good. Hopefully, ASI will continue to improve their designs and finish by the time they get to build their later projects on 17 Ave. One thing I still dislike is the podium. 4-8-storey midrises need to stop with the one-storey step-up podiums. I feel like it disconnects the street wall presence.

Too many “give in” changes from the original rendering really weakened the design here. It went from pretty good to its ok. It's still nicer than a lot of what’s getting built but it has definitely been degraded.

went buy this evening, thought it looked alot better than most of the street does now. first thought was the buildings to the west are ready for the wrecking ball. downlights are a nice touch with the brick.

I actually thought it turned out noticeably better than the original render, and I'm a pretty tough nut to crack. Honestly asking, what about it don't you find satisfactory in relation to the project ever since it became 'Enzo', and not the other proposal for this site that was a hotel of similar scale.

I think it’s turned out well, and could be even better once the street level brickwork is done.

At minimum they should have scrapped the white once they downgraded the design of the upper level. The proportion of it is too low now related to the amount of brick and once the ground floor is done it'll stick out even worse. The sides should have been done in the charcoal siding (or just do brick all the way) that's between the windows in the center, and that central projection should have changed to four bays wide.

My main criticism is they didn’t make the brick section one floor higher to add some articulation to the roofline.
