Just to clarify, the land use was approved by Council, the development permit is still waiting on approval (assume this one will go to CPC). That said, because it is a concurrent application and Council will have been able to see the design through the DP, I can't imagine the DP will not be approved, given Council approved the zoning change to accommodate that design.

I agree, there isn’t much reason for council not to approve this. There’s no downside to it. The biggest question is whether RNDSQR is too busy to build it.
