I don't know if anyone knows anything about a proposal for this site? DMAP Looks to be an assisted living site with 35 units. It's been approved and the houses at the site have recently been demoed.

Thanks @MichaelS looks about what I expected. Too bad it’s not closer to the road like the building to the east of it. I’m guessing it’s due to good old setbacks to match the houses next to it on the west side.

I’m surprised to see there’s living units in the basement for an assisted living facility! Yes it appears to follow fire safety code wrt windows, etc but I would not feel safe living in a basement if I were someone needing assisted living level of care.
